- Proceed in AGP system to place purchase orders based on the demand created by MR/ sales team, ensure accuracy in product details, pricing, and delivery term, payment term, etc. - Calculate MOQ of the order and control & transfer stock quantity before placing orders for suppliers - Work with suppliers across the globe, arrange shipments based on confirmed delivery date shown in PI, then handle booking requests and coordinate with forwarders to ensure space allocation and timely shipments and monitor the daily arrival status of materials, maintaining on-time delivery rate by closely coordinating with Development, Merchandising and Planning Departments. - Handle and resolve material quality issues from suppliers such as wrong color, lack of quantity, color migration, bubbles on the skins and other defective materials. - Collect payment documents from suppliers and collaborate with the accounting and financial departments to prepare and track payment status. Make sure that payment is settled in time for suppliers. - Lead teams, ease communications, and unite people across organizations to keep them moving forward. - Cooperate with related departments to solve issues among departments. - Report to higher management serious issues. - Find solutions and create a preventive action plan to avoid issues from occurring. - Other tasks assigned by the manager.

- Issue VAT invoice & keep track of AR. - Develop, implement, modify document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology. - Reconciliation of the receivables with the customer statements. - Declare VAT to Tax Department and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
