My hospitality journey includes key roles across luxury hotel brands such as Hilton (Conrad Hotels), Starwood Hotels & Resorts (Grosvenor House, Le Royal Méridien), Marriott International, The Address Hotels + Resorts by EMAAR, and Rotana Hotel Management Corporation. These experiences have allowed me to work across all major hotel departments—from Rooms Division and F&B to Admin and Support Services—making me a well-rounded, operations-savvy leader. Beyond operational mastery, I have been heavily involved in designing and implementing the company’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values (VMV), ensuring that these cultural foundations are authentically cascaded and aligned across all levels of the organization. In my role as Group Talent Development & Quality Assurance Manager at Vanguard Hotels, I led the development of corporate policies, training modules, and a performance management framework, including the certification of departmental trainers under Roxaco-Vanguard Hotel Corporation. These initiatives directly contributed to standardization, accountability, and service consistency across properties. I also refined my coaching and facilitation skills through CCM Consultancy, the exclusive Middle East and North Africa partner of TACK & TMI International, which enabled me to support organizational transformation and leadership development in multicultural, high-performance environments.
