Web3 & AI Valory enables communities, organizations and countries to co-own AI systems, beginning with decentralized autonomous agents. Since joining the team, I successfully hired and onboarded 18 new team members (majorly technical roles and other non-tech roles) in just 7 months, which strengthened the team’s capacity to achieve the key objectives. Additionally, I led the planning and execution of biannual team offsite, each time in a new location with over 35 team members from 19 countries. I managed all logistics, planning, coordination from start to finish, and received great feedback from both the co-founders and team members.

I built the HR & Ops function from the ground up and transformed the organization from a state of no HR function to a stable and effective People Ops department. I filled various key roles in the Finance and tech teams, and I also recommended ways to improve the existing onboarding and offboarding processes, which the team generally accepted and adopted.
