* ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Manages the tennis team (including: hiring, firing, conducts meeting and performance management issues) * Serves as a customer service contact for tennis members, including: answering questions, welcoming, and other member communications * Develops and coordinates all tennis programming, including scheduling * Coordinates and schedules all local tennis leagues * Trains the front desk staff regarding tennis issues * Establishes, monitors and analyzes the tennis budget * Develops and implements tennis policies and procedures for department * Manages tennis pro-shop inventory * Other duties as assigned

* Training functions: * Plan the training and fitness sessions for advanced and competitive players. * Motivate players to upgrade their game on more higher and competitive level. * Train the players on mastering the game and its playing techniques. Teach them technique and strategy of serving, defense, offense, tactics, gameplay etc. * Organize discussions with the players to understand the psychology of tennis. * Inform the players about their strengths and weaknesses. Prepare special work schedule to improve player's competence and self-confidence in game.

* Training functions: * Training and instructing techniques of serving a ball, hitting a backhand, hitting a forehand and swing at a volley, movement on the court etc. * Teach the basics of the Tennis game * Plan the training sessions of children and adults. * Give thorough knowledge of the game. * Motivate the young players to participate in the competitions. * Build Sportsman spirit in all who start playing tennis.
