Lead and deliver all CAPEX projects for a large industrial production plant in Lugoj, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution. Drive end-to-end project lifecycle management, from feasibility and budgeting to contractor coordination and final handover. Manage multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, MEP) and act as the key interface between client stakeholders and delivery partners. Contribute to additional industrial projects in Timisoara, supporting technical assessments and project execution.
