Taking over operation for a plant with 1000 employes, 15 to 20 M€ monthly sales ,responsible of P&L results.

Part of the divizional team with the roll of implementing the CI process in Europe. implementations of lean organizations and knowhow , standard process and metrics. Trainings and workshops in the plants on implementing standardized work , 5S, Lost Time Managment and Problems Solving using A3 methodology. member of the OPEX team with the assignment to support the implementations of lean tools focused on plants in Europe .

Start as industrial engineer in a Launch team for a product in the plan. After the launch, assigned as lean coordinator , managing a team of 5 industrial engineers , to ensure the implementation of standardized work , scheduling, pull systems and lost time management in the assigned value stream. In 2012 , added new assignment to create a new team, 8 people from mainly team leaders , focused on productivity improvements. Running 4 kaizen workshops/week focused on elimination of non value added work in the manufacturing system. 5% productivity improvement achievement plant level
