Chartered Civil Engineer and Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Highways And Transportation with over 25 years’ experience in the development, design and management of highways and civil engineering projects. I am currently Co-located Highways Manager at West Sussex County Council as part of the Professional Services Framework Contract between WSP and WSCC and in a similar role as Highways Lead at Wokingham Borough Council as part of a new Framework contract arrangements. Previously Design Manager for the a number of Highways England's RIP Stage 1 and Stage 2 schemes and currently technical reviewer for various Highways England schemes. I am responsible for client liaison and coordination, technical overview of WSP highways design work for current clients, public consultation and technical support. I am also responsible for training, mentoring and professional development within the South-East region including supporting professional accreditation of our company engineers.
