- Leading all the procurement activities in project phase, for all the buyers involved - First level of escalation at the buyer for topics like prices, minimum order quantity, shortages, incoterms - Set the necessary information’s in the SAP (packaging unit, MOQ, scale price, lead time) and ensure the buyer a good way in daily business - In close collaboration with the project manager achieve the customer delivery time plan - Define the root cause of the shortage and follow the escalation steps based on the matrix - Check the stock availability on the free market in a shortage situation and release the spot buy ordering based on the allocated budget - Constantly price controlling on the BOM at high runner projects - Prepare the not necessary raw materials list to the project manager in order to obtain a compensation form from the customer - Recover from the supplier the extra costs caused by them and book the value on the raw material so the average price can be aligned - Involved in customer audits with the entire Customer Relationship Management team - Working on drawing parts with engineering department and release the last version to the supplier - Request and compare drawings of returnable packaging concept for the raw materials / Making savings by releasing the optimal variant / Set them in the data base cycle / Follow up and improve with R&D department the handling time of them

- Participation in process optimization in the area of responsibility - Participation in maintenance in process indicators in the area of responsibility - Involvement in training and advanced training of process users according to company guidelines - Process support in the area of responsibility - Coordination and conducting of regular process meetings in the area of responsibility - Involvement in the implementation of processes in the area of responsibility - Interface to internal/external entities , such as the process manager

- External Accounting for the whole concern locations (SAP, Host) - Shared Services - Invoice processing in OCR, HOST and SAP programs - Creating monthly or periodic statistics , based on price differences between the system and the invoices as well as the additional costs - Training the new employees on the work tasks and constantly checking their performances

- Maintaining an active relationship with the customers - Prospecting and identifying new possible customers by their specific branches

- Prospecting and identifying potential customers and developing business relationships with them - Contacting and making periodical visits - Making sales presentations - Taking orders from the customers which belong to my working area - Ensuring that the orders are delivered - Making commercial offers
