• Operational management of a Business Workcell • Ensuring effective resource planning and allocation • Coordinating new product and new production lines introduction • Machinery park maintenance and development within a Business Workcell • Driving cost optimization, automatization and quality projects • Creating and executing Workcell operational budgets • Building and encouraging a Lean culture

• New products and new production lines introduction projects management • Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors • Technical quotation of new products and production lines • Performing risk management to minimize project risks • Reporting project status to stakeholders and escalating in needed • Managing clients and stakeholders relations within the project
