Coordinating Rail Infrastructure projects ( Electrification and Signaling) in Romania Main tasks : - Ensure the Portfolio of Projects is delivered on Quality, Time and Costs, as per contract & customer requirements and Siemens Mobility expectations. - Establishe, maintain, and reinforce the competency of Project Managers. - Lead and coache the Project Managers. - Manage resources and staffing to support on-going Projects. - Keep good relationship with local stakeholders. - Ensures PM@Siemens processes and tools are used efficiently. - Improve the controlling/tracking of the performance of the Portfolio of Projects using new digital tools and initiatives. - Work closely with the Head of CPMs to ensure financial KPIs of projects are maximized (revenue, profit and cash). - Collaborate with the other functional departments for the overall success of Projects (Procurement, Logistics, PMO, Engineering, etc.). - Participate and support bid/sales activities on future opportunities, ensuring Project Execution tasks are well defined and catered.

Project Management coordinating of rail electrification projects: - Lot 2a: Km 614 - Barzava - Lot 2b: Barzava –Ilteu - Lot 3: Gurasada-Simeria Main tasks : - Planning , scheduling and controlling of activities for the main Over Head Line, Power Supply installation works - Coordinating the successful completion of project on time; - Preparing and submitting to the beneficiary the Schedules of Accomplishment ; - Preparing of Weekly and Monthly Progress Report and submitting to the head office; - Planning , scheduling and controlling of designing activities in order to obtain the final approval of the beneficiary; - Planning, scheduling and controlling the delivery of items/ materials Romanian and foreign suppliers; - Organizing and controlling the FAT processes; - Preparing and monitoring the performances of Quality System for the current projects; - Ensuring that all work is carried out in conformity with contract specifications and defined quality standards and also with the applicable safety rules and regulations - Controlling the preparation of As Built Documents; - Obtaining the Completion Certificates , Commissioning and Operational Acceptance Certificates,

- Rail rehabilitation of the Pan - European Corridor IV section Sighisoara - Atel - Micasasa for the Romanian Railway Company - Fidic conditions - Contact Line (70 km double track ) and Power Supply (PS`s ,PLP`s and two Traction Substations)

- Rail rehabilitation of the Pan - European Corridor IV section Sighisoara - Atel - Micasasa for the Romanian Railway Company - Fidic conditions - Contact Line (145 km double track ) and Power Supply (PS`s ,PLP`s and three Traction Substations )
