- Co-Founded and directed an organization, under Kiwanis Club of Mount Olive as a parent organization, in the summer of 2019. - Recruited, trained, and paired 20 young individuals between the ages of 17-20 with The Land Conservancy of New Jersey, the Mayor’s Office, and the Senior Center. Fellows were tasked with planning volunteer events and assisting partner organizations for a minimum of two, 2 hour sessions a week. - Managed scholarship fundraising, social media, training, and partnership management. Featured in media, recognition received from State Senator, and featured on Ashoka Changemakers website. - Plans to recruit a board and register as an independent 501-c3 to continue operations were disrupted by Covid-19.

- Planned, proposed, and hired to execute the formation of the undergraduate research project to connect talented students with professors who are doing research.

New Jersey Small Business Development Center (New Jersey, 2019) - - Assisted the regional director of the government sponsored business development center by drafting and proposing a plan to integrate local talented college students to address the firm's high need for human capital while creating a pipeline for underrepresented students to consulting and banking internships. I used my experiences cofounding and directing an organization in this role. Yuvatha (Hyderabad, 2017) - - Yuvatha is a non-profit headquartered in the city of Hyderabad in India. I helped get their mission of gathering recyclable materials for the purpose of donating manufactured notebooks to public schools in 47 schools across Hyderabad by drafting a strategic plan and leveraging Teach-For-India's presence in public schools. Dr Reddy's Foundation (Hyderabad, 2017) - - Met with the Director of Education of Dr Reddy's Foundation and pitched a school painting project to raise awareness about the conditions of public schools. Planned and executed the project with full funding from Dr Reddy's and partnered with a local private college to bring students for an immersive experience by being paired with a middle school group to paint all classrooms and hallways. Offered plans for replication and scaling by surveying foundation sponsored schools. New Jersey Council of Community Colleges (New Jersey, 2020) - - Planned and hosted the first ever student lead community college Student Government Association (SGA) conference in New Jersey for the 5 community colleges in Northwestern New Jersey to devise a plan to integrate students to work on statewide initiatives such as Vision 2028 and Ballot Ball. Synthesized ideas produced by group, created action steps, and helped organize next gathering. Currently working on producing a proposal to the Council to engage students from community colleges from across geographical locations to implement similar monthly meetings.
