The grant also supported detox beds at the Salvation Army Harbor Light Complex in Cleveland, Ohio and had training provided by Alcoholism Services of Cleveland (now Recovery Resources).

Also served as a entrance guard to verify a person's credentials to enter the facility.

Worked as a STEM instructor various science, technology, engineering and math concepts to college attending and college bound STEM high school students in both the 12th and 11th grades. Involved with the creation many sober housing environments which included the development of Oxford Houses with J.Paul Molloy, Esq--the founder of Oxford House. Oxford House, Inc. is an international nonprofit system of sober houses based in Silver Springs, Maryland. In addition--created and delivered educational seminars on sober housing and addiction recovery programs. Setup and co-created an informative educational seminar on Sober Housing Engineering & Design with Friedner Wittman, PhD from the University of California at Berkeley. Other events included local television appearances and programs with the late Brother Earl Cannamore--a noted addictions expert famous for the Brother Earl's Street Talk video series.
