Primary Responsibilities were to oversee the warehouse operations for top two accounts. Handled day to day operations for pick and pack order fulfillment for daily shipments and bi-weekly consolidated international shipment the WMS 3PL Central. Handled customer resolution, monthly inventory checks and transportation documents. Worked closely with domestic transportation and handled international documentation and transportation temporarily. HAZMAT certified.

Onsite liaison between CEVA Freight Management and CEVA Contract Logistics on the Microsoft account. Primarily responsible for managing the 3PL on inbounds by helping to resolve issues, expedite container arrival, escalation of issues through freight management and communication of all hot loads to ensure timely delivery and are handled appropriately. Involved with the Export Department by ensuring proper processes are adhered to and the communication flows smoothly through CEVA FM and CEVA CL. Handling the transportation needs for Ceva Contract Logistics by negotiating rates to ensure best cost available; ensure proper requirements are adhered to, schedule, track and trace all shipments handled though CEVA FM. In addition to Microsoft, CEVA recently added other high- risk accounts to my responsibilities and have also recently been trained in Air Export.

Responsible for preparing monthly production schedule based on plant efficiency and customer needs while minimizing line change over and over time. Effectively and timely communication of production schedule to customers and operations. Prompt communication of schedule changes to both inside and outside customers. Managing customer inbounds of packaging materials and ingredients for production needs. Managing and purchasing HBC packaging materials and ingredients supplied for customer.

Directly responsible for the supervision and management of all CSR’s, Dispatchers, and Inventory Control Associates. Developed, implemented and trained all associated SOPs. Set and reviewed all departmental metrics along with individual goals and objectives. Mentored and disciplined department individuals to ensure smooth operation and career development growth. Worked directly with largest customer to ensure 100% satisfaction.

Provided customer service for 80 international distributors. Coordinated all documentation for custom clearances. Conveyed transportation needs by forecasting to large vendors for high-volume distributors. Negotiated ocean and inland freight contracts with prospective vendors. Compiled and processed damage and credit claims for domestic and international shipments. Tracked and managed export inventory by SKUs to reduce product obsolescence. Proficiently cross trained in inventory management and domestic transportation.
