Responsible for managing all activities of this non-profit artist-run centre: grants, student scholarship programs, visiting artists and residency programs, fundraising activities, administration, financials, staffing, program development and execution.

Responsible for coordinating online memberships, membership renewals, generating reports from Raisers Edge (constituent management database), maintaining donor/member information in Raiser’s Edge database, developing membership materials including membership packages, membership campaign materials, onsite membership signage, supervising volunteers and communicating with members through email, newsletters, on the telephone and in person.

Supported the Director of Development by maintaining schedules, preparing meeting materials, recording meeting results and follow-up, editing, formatting and preparing sponsor/donor proposals, creating administration processes, special event preparation and other duties as required.

Responsible for coordinating corporate sponsor and individual donor stewardship and recognition, editing sponsor/donor proposals, coordinating direct mailings, writing and formatting final reports, managing staff and volunteers, managing opening nights, hosting sponsors and donors at special events.

Designed and managed the Fundraising program for the Festival including the individual giving program, corporate sponsorships, special events, in-kind donations, and major gifts. Worked closely with the Artistic Director and the Board of Directors to achieve the development goals of the Society.
