I have been craftng my career path with experience and schooling. I graduated Spring 2014, with my degree from the Goddard School of Business in Business Management. I'm currently working in Tech Support hoping to develop my knowlegde of the back end of contact centers. I have a wide experiance in contact centers from agent to operations. I have become a specialist in Workforce Optimization, and strive to be able to deterimine the ins and outs of running a profitable business. I'm excited to start my carreer with Goldman Sachs and hope to see myself building meaningful relationships and grow to be a leader in this space.
