Lead the discovery and analysis of legacy data, including identifying the scope of data to be migrated, data quality assessment, data cleansing, and data mapping to SAP S4 HANA. Lead the data migration team, including data migration specialists, data analysts, and data quality experts to develop and maintain data migration tools and scripts, ensuring that they are efficient, accurate, and scalable. Coordinate with other members of the SAP implementation team, including functional consultants, technical consultants, and project managers, to ensure that data migration activities are integrated into the overall project plan. Develop and maintain data migration documentation, including data migration plans, data mapping documents, and data migration test plans. Plan and execute the tests for MOC,UAT, including data validation and reconciliation, to ensure that data is accurately migrated to SAP and the new SAP system/process can operate smoothly Work with logistic operation team, TM consultants to develop the new logistic freight database for new logistics system-TM (Transportation Management). Build the migration tools basing TM system requirement and the contract freight format.

Lead the procurement activity of the Logistic in Asia. including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Thailand and Australia. The main responsibility covered: 1. Warehouse: Including DG/NDG warehouse in each country. Closely working with local logistic operation team to manage the performance of local warehouse supplier and identify the opportunity to contribute the low cost /High efficiency project to business. Work on the contract negotiation with exist supplier and new supplier development for business expand and new service requirement, such as drumming, Heating...etc. 2. Road transportation: it covered both package product (Truck transportation) and Bulk product (ISOTANK/Tanklorry delivery). Manage the supplier resource to support the business in each country, consolidate/Intergrade the service with suitable source to drive the cost reduction and service sustainability. 3. Terminal: Manage the terminal in China, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Australia for product with DG grade of 3,8,9. and develop new storage tank for spot business. 4. Ocea transporting: Include the dry container and ISOTANK. Supporting the global MPC tender as the regional focal. Collect the annual forecast information and consolidate the operation required from logistic team and execute the implementation of tender result. Also take the leader for the spot requirement of business regional with carriers. Focus on price negotiation with pointed carrier. For isotank, since from 2019, as part of global tender, take the leader role to drive the biding process for Asia with global isotank players. 5. Forwarder supplier: manage the performance of pointed forwarder, and also develop new forwarder in some specific area.

supporting for the supply sourcing and mantain for Corporate service. and also supporting for the PTP(Procurement to Pay) issue escalation about PR-PO, and invoice-payment

With a new phase of ERP system integration, Take the role of regional PTP(Procurement to Pay) data leader, to leader the activity of PTP data related activity( Purchasing, Pay, Vendor, Report).  Coordinated the job activity between three Regional teams( Shanghai, Thailand, India) and Global project Team, to ensure all the team have the same page about the project and system change.  lead the regional team to discuss with global team and other function team to find the best way to migrate the legacy data into new system.  Monitor the Regional team's status align with the whole project status to ensure all activity can be completed in time.  Work with each regional resource leader to arrange the resource during the critical period of projects to ensure we can fully work on the project in time.

As focal Point of Purchase, to support the PTP(Procurement to Pay) data migration from Legacy system into New one  Work with Thailand and India and Global team to design the migration process and data structure.  Leverage the Purchase Knowledge to improve the process in NEW ERP system.  Lead purchasing team to validate the data was correctly migrated into new system. Deliver the training to cross function to ensure they can understanding the new design in Purchasing.  Establish the bridge between Purchase and Supply Chain for better understanding about the new function in new system which would take change to the daily operation  Working on the process improvement after the new system goes live

Consolidation the Purchasing activity from each Site into Shanghai Dow Center. Establish new communication channel between Dow and Vendor through Purchasing. Monitor Vendor Performance(KPI for Vendor Complain of Quality, Delivery, and others) Work with Sourcing to solve the issue from Vendor(Price Negotiation and Delivery communication)
