With more than 30 years in the construction business, I bring a dynamic range of experience in all aspects of the construction services industry. My technical background combined with years of management has helped me become a premier Project Manager in the Oregon market. I have extensive management experience over multiple facilities, public works and the private sector. I’ve managed multi-fund budgets including a variety of private, local government grant supported programs. I have expertise in long range facility planning, operations and maintenance, budgeting and financial management for facilities construction programs. I have substantial experience managing the planning and permitting processes for capital programs including land use, transportation and environmental permitting from both the public and private perspectives. My record shows a significant commitment to sustainable design and operations, resource conservation and energy efficiency. I have a substantial record of creative partnerships and innovative development and re-development projects for school campuses that leverage partnerships with private, public and non-profits for mutual benefit.
