1- Development of a Central Processing Facility (CPF) with capacity to process 190,000 barrels of oil and 700,000 barrels of total liquid per day. 2-Drilling of over 426 wells (200 water injector wells, 196 oil producer wells, 2 polymer pilot wells and 28 reference wells) which are planned to be drilled on 31 well-pads. 3- Over 160 kilometres of flow-lines which will transport crude oil and water from the wells to the CPF. 4- 95 km 24 inch feeder pipeline which will transport the processed crude oil from the CPF in Buliisa to the export hub and Refinery in Kabaale in Hoima District. 5- Other supporting infrastructure include; Victoria Nile Crossing, Temporary and Permanent Operation Support Base camps and a Lake Water Abstraction Station.

Project: Exploration and appraisal drilling for Block 1 oil & gas fields & Tilenga project Key Responsibilities • Supervision of the pipe yard, organization, reception, storage, maintenance, delivery and inventory of tubular in the logistics base • Ensure tubular items are stored in a proper location and kept in good condition all the time • Follow up tubular movements, inspection and repair by third parties • Supervise loading & offloading operations of the tubular and drilling equipment or accessories • Supervise all lifting and handling operations using lifting equipment and accessories • Manage all activities, operations(drilling, logistics, ESIA & RAP surveys, security and civil works) and personnel under TOTAL in block EA-1/EA-1A • Manage all north and south accommodation base camps ,logistic bases(storage and warehouses),airstrip operations, all roads used for block EA1-1A activities • Responsible for personnel safety and all incidents in block EA1 ,act as the focal point for all emergencies • Check all monthly invoices from contractors and approve them using IMP • Manage all the maintenance operations and contracts for the vehicles, equipments and accommodation base facilities • Report to the General Manager for any serious or emergency HSE issue and any HSE question requiring arbitration, when you consider it appropriate. • Responsible for risk management on EA-1 & EA-1A sites • Responsible for preparedness for and management of emergency situations including security matters • Responsible for HSE team leadership and reporting • Report to the Health and Safety Manager on a regular basis for all health and safety issues • Report to the logistics manager for all field operation issues and general HSE issues

Roles and Responsibilities RSES - Responsible for Safety Environment & Security - Manage all activities, operations and personnel under TOTAL in block EA1-EA-1A - Manage all north and south logistics camps of each of capacity 300 accommodated personnel - Manage all the logistic bases(2x storage yards and warehouses),airstrip operations, all roads used for block EA1-1A activities - Report to the logistics manager for all questions pertaining to field operations and general HSE matters - Report to the General Manager for any serious or emergency HSE issue and any HSE question requiring arbitration, when you consider it appropriate. - Report to Health and Safety manager on regular basis for all health and safety issues - Ensure risk evaluation is conducted on site which includes technological risk assessment, industrial hygiene risk assessment and security risk assessment - Manage all risks involved in TOTAL operations in block EA1 - Preparedness for and management of emergency situations - HSE team leadership and reporting

•Supervised the construction and maintenance of company field facilities. This included review of electrical and mechanical installations designs and base facilities maintenance strategies •Contributed to preparation of the logistics budget and ensured operations performed within the approved budget(34 oil well pads,2 logistic bases,2 logistics base camps were constructed) •Approved all invoices for logistics contractors •Ensured optimization of aviation, land transport, marine and civil works operations and costs.Managed service and lease contracts of logistics contractors •In charge of the fuel management (fuel deliveries, fuel issuing and the overall management) with the supplier as TOTAL Uganda Ltd •Management of logistics storage yards and warehouses of stock value $6.5M •Co-ordination of charter operations with CHALAIR,EAGLE AIR & KAFTC •SAP- Materials management and Plant maintenance management •Ensured that the field vehicles (pickups, shuttles, trucks lifting cranes, forklifts and telehandlers) are fit for work (inspection), were serviced as per the Maintenance contract and operated as manufacture’s requirement •Ensured that all personnel and cargo transportation operations for six oil drilling rigs(EXALO rigs RR600,IR 750 & K900,Caroil -2,Weatherford R721 and ZPEB R26)&seismic surveys, aerial surveys were performed within the approved budget •Ensured marine transportation for Nile crossing during operations was performed in a safe manner •Ensured lifting and handling operations done by Three ways shipping group were performed according to the International NSL standards and TEPU procedures. •Ensured the promotion of Land Transportation safety culture, participated in the internal audits of the implementation of the LTMS(PTS-TRAM software) •Ensured that vehicles owned / leased by or used for TEPU activities were properly registered with legal documentation
