She has a proven track record of leading IP due diligence, technology assessments, and freedom-to-operate analyses in strategic transactions, including the GSK/Wave collaboration. She also manages an extensive bench of internal and outside counsels, driving and ensuring efficient execution of the company's patent strategy.
