Senior photonics engineer with 20+ years of experience in III-V semiconductor lasers and optical amplifiers, spanning telecom, datacom, silicon photonics, and AI optical interconnect applications. Currently at Xscape Photonics, I lead development of high-power InP-based SOA, MOPA, and DFB laser devices designed for silicon photonics integration and data-center-scale optical systems. My work focuses on power scaling, efficiency, thermal management, reliability, and manufacturability, aligned with system-level performance requirements.
