I'm a 20 hour day working, never say quit with a smile on my face while boosting crew morale type of guy. Raised in Minnesota, the mid west work ethic was something I was born with. I spent a few years in Colorado to attend school and I also met my beautiful wife, a talented lady of the production side of the world. We transplanted our dreams to the city of Angels and have been traveling the world ever since. I've been lucky enough to have a few of the best Engineers in the business as my mentors and am proud to call them friends.

Junior Doctors needed a Tech to install and wrap out a Control Room/ surveillance package. For this setup I installed 6 channels of BMS wireless video, 4 fixed cams and one Sony P/T/Z for the exterior- all rented from VER. I then returned after the show completed shooting to wrap the gear.

I did one episode (Can Cars Float?) for Top Gear US season 4 and loved every moment of it. They needed a mobile Video Village...on a boat. I used 4 channels of wireless- we had three cameras on three different boats and also got a feed from the helicopter out on Lake Erie. It was a career highlight to be a part of this team even if only for a week.

For this project I built a Control Room/ Video Village in a RV outside the cast house complete with 4 channels of wireless video, 3 fixed cams and 3 P/T/Z surveillance cameras for indoor and outdoor coverage. A mobile tech van was also needed for daily remote shoots including specialty cam equipment Canon DSLRs, GoPros and spare camera package. A second smaller Video Village was created on location for eliminations, constructed of handheld wireless monitors and a 32" monitor for fast setup and strike. I operated specialty cams and also did set Photography as needed.
