Barbara is the broker and co-owner of HOME Rentals of Manatee formerly Keller Williams Property Management in Bradenton, Florida, Barbara handles all aspects of managing residential property, including advertising, tenant selection, maintenance coordinating for both long term (annual rentals) and short term (seasonal) tenancies. She achieved the MPM "Master Property Manager" designation with the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Barbara was past president of the Sarasota Bradenton Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers in 2007 and 2008. She has been Property Management task force chair for the Manatee Association of REALTORS President of the Women's Council of REALTORS and is a graduate of Leadership Manatee. Barbara currently serves as President -Elect of the Florida State Chapter of The National Association of Residential Property Managers .
