I am the Managing Director and co‑founder of BluBoxx Communication Pvt. Ltd., an ISO 9001–certified industrial networking & data communication company based in Pune, India. With more than one decade of experience in industrial automation and networking, I have helped grow BluBoxx from a focused Ethernet switch supplier into a multi‑product solutions provider trusted by customers across India. At BluBoxx, we work on problem statements, not just part numbers. Our portfolio today includes Industrial Ethernet switches, Fiber‑optic solutions, Compact DIN‑rail LIUs, Serial device servers, Industrial VPN routers, IoT gateways and Industrial PCs, enabling robust, energy‑efficient networks on the shop floor and in critical infrastructure. My goal is to translate complex networking needs into reliable, optimized solutions that improve uptime, visibility and productivity for our clients. I began my career as a field sales engineer, learning challenges directly at the plant site, which shaped my customer‑first approach. Over the years, I have combined this hands‑on exposure with an MBA in Marketing and Sales to build long‑term, relationship‑driven partnerships across the Indian market. Beyond BluBoxx, I am an active member of the International Society of Automation (ISA), helping to strengthen the automation community in and around Pune. I promote Section events via ISA Connect, keep the community page updated, work with Section Chairs, reach out to members for updates, welcomes and renewals, and support the promotion of key events and announcements. I also contribute to keeping the ISA Pune website (www.isa-pune.org) updated and help compile and launch the Quarterly Section Newsletter to highlight local success stories and emerging technologies for practitioners. ​ Core values that guide me and BluBoxx are simple: Deliver what you commit, Provide optimized solutions, Keep communication open and transparent, and continuously explore and evolve.
