Academically, you can read around 150 publications of mine, including four monographs, among which some of them were awarded with prestigious awards such as The 2023 IFA Mitchell B. Carroll Prize for publication of my book “Beneficial Ownership in International Taxation”. I am also an experienced law faculty member at various universities and an international tax industry expert with over 15 years of researching, teaching and supervising in the classroom and online in the area of international tax law. Over the past four years, I have immersed myself in the multidisciplinary field of international tax law and global regime for investment, giving particular attention to the impact of fiscal misconducts of States on cross border investments. I have completed a full time post-doctoral research fellowship at the Singapore Management University (2017-2018) and a full time PhD research program at the Department of Public and International Law at the University of Oslo (2012-2016). As a member of the International Fiscal Association, the International Association of Artificial Intelligence and Law, and The European Federation for Investment Law and Arbitration, I expand an ever growing network of the top tax law, investment law and artificial intelligence experts around the world. My past membership in the international research project entitled “Sustainable Tax Governance in Developing Countries through Global Tax Transparency”, financed by the Research Council of Norway, allowed me, in turn, to obtain an experience in cooperative teamwork with prominent tax law experts from 7 universities across three continents and two hemispheres. I speak English, Norwegian, Russian and Polish, my native language. I also have some knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese and Dutch. Specialties: international and comparative tax law, ISDS tax related cases, global tax policy, artificial intelligence and law.

The European Association of Tax Law Professors (EATLP)
c/o IBFD Rietlandpark 301 1019 DW Amsterdam The Netherlands
The European Association of Tax Law Professors (EATLP) is a professional organization of (tenured, full) professors teaching tax law at universities in Europe. There is a special section on EATLP Membership, but I want to stress that we are an open association. Any person can attend our congresses and, as a matter of fact, many of the persons that are active at our congresses do not have the rank of professor and are not a member. As is indicated in the preamble of the EATLP Statute the founders were aware of the general importance of taxation for the development of the European Union, the wealth of the nations and the welfare of the society. Because of the importance of taxation for the further development of Europe the association wants to contribute to: - the development of a common approach to the study of tax issues - the harmonisation of taxes within the European Union - the promotion of academic teaching & research on international, domestic and comparative taxation at the universities in Europe. To achieve this goals the Association will - organise an annual congress - promote contacts between professors of tax law within Europe - make efforts to establish tax law curricula at all universities in Europe.

Young European Federation for Investment Law and Arbitration (EFILA)
The EU was created to achieve the strengthening of economies of its Members States and to contribute to the protection of its citizens. The economic and political stability and development of the EU and its Member States depends to a large extent on offering a stable and foreseeable legal framework for domestic and foreign investors. In addition, access to an efficient and effective dispute settlement system is an important and integral element of the Rule of Law within and outside of the EU and its Member States. EFILA complements these endeavours by providing as a Brussels-based think-tank a platform for a fact- and merit-based discussion on pertaining to all relevant issues associated with the EU’s investment law and arbitration policy. To this end, EFILA regularly organizes events such as the Annual Conference and the Annual Lecture. Together with the Queen Mary University of London, EFILA publishes the European Investment Law and Arbitration Review. The first legal journal that is exclusively dedicated to the EU’s investment law and policy agenda. EFILA also publishes papers on relevant topics of European investment law and policy and participates in public consultations organized by the EU, OECD, ICSID etc. EFILA also actively participates as an Observer in the UNCITRAL WG III on ISDS reforms.
