* Key responsibilities: * responsible for IS administration of Business applications on different platforms, User access maintenance globally according to data privacy standards * maintain strong working relationships with application support teams, IT engineering, in different regions regarding application support and maintanance * IS reviews, inactivity reports experience * Testing and documenting ISA COB tests

* receiving calls, handle reservations, letters, emails, deliveries * performing administrative tasks, prepare booking statistics * guiding guests and provide all information needed about the city, offer tours, programs for them, to have a pleasent and satisfied stay * food and beverage orders, service, focus on customer satisfacion, either individual, either conference guests * communication with partners and guests via mail/phone/personally, deliveries, schedule appointments, administration, guiding, organizing tour participation, customer service

* Key responsibilities: * performing administrative tasks, prepare booking statistics, prepare and distribute month-end reports, close daily administration, transactions, bookings, balancing room charges, cash, checks, and credit cards if applicable * auditing all charges and postings and correcting work as necessary * providing guests with assistance, and information in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner * processing reservations and guest services functions as required (i.e. check guests in/out, take reservations, wake-up calls, receiving calls, handle letters, emails, deliveries, etc.) * handle guest requests, ensure overall guest satisfaction, reviewing arrivals noting special requests and blocking rooms as needed, make management decisions in the general manager’s absence

* Key Responsibilities: * carry out the transition and migration of the job functions from USA within 2 months * responsible for managing lifecycles for Voice/Network/Multimedia technologies/Storage domains’ vulnerabilities in the system VTMAS (Skybox), in the form of VTMs throughout the existence of the record until it reaches Closed to BAU status. * analysing, monitoring reporting, and delivering the VTM status information to customers globally, ensure target dates are not missed * maintain strong working relationships with IT engineering, operations in different regions to remediate Information Security and/or Vulnerability Findings * managing projects regarding the process improvement, reporting, update standards and workflows, maintain the domain sharepoint site, delegating tasks within my team of 4 colleagues * strong relationship building, regular conference calls with stakeholders
