Senior Project Manager and Chief of Staff supporting the Harborview Bond Program, providing strategic, operational, and execution leadership across a complex, multi-year capital program (the Harborview Bond Program—a publicly funded capital initiative led by King County that enables delivery of a new multi-story inpatient medical tower, improvements to the mission-driven hospital’s infrastructure, and renovation of essential hospital services and spaces across older portions of the campus to modernize and expand Harborview Medical Center’s campus, addressing aging infrastructure, seismic life-safety upgrades, and long-term capacity needs to support its role as the region’s safety-net and Level I trauma center

Belmont Park Redevelopment – Elmont, NY The first ground-up racetrack construction to occur in the United States in nearly 40 years, the design features 275,000 square feet of infrastructure, seating 7,500 guests with a variety of club and dining spaces, food and beverage outlets, private suites and indoor/outdoor experiences. Rising five levels above ground with an outdoor terrace at level five, the structure is intended to provide views of the entire site. The new Belmont Park will set a new global standard for a horse racing facility.

One Madison Avenue – New York, NY A 1.4 million-square-foot redevelopment of a historic property into a modern Class A office tower overlooking Madison Square Park. The project combines a fully re-engineered existing podium with a new tower addition and advanced sustainability systems. Managed core and shell construction, focusing on structural steel work, façade integration & coordination, and collaboration across design, engineering, and trade partners to deliver seamless execution in a constrained urban environment.

175 Park Avenue – New York, NY A proposed 1,575-foot-tall mixed-use supertall tower above Grand Central Terminal, designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and developed by RXR Realty and TF Cornerstone. Supported structural interface planning with MTA and adjacent infrastructure to inform constructability and risk mitigation strategies and scoping of initial bid packages.

3 Hudson Boulevard – New York, NY A planned 1.9 million-square-foot mixed-use office tower designed by FXCollaborative, located above active MTA infrastructure at Hudson Boulevard and West 34th Street. The development integrates high-performance office, retail, and public realm improvements within the Hudson Yards district. Managed the phase 1 foundation work, phase 2 preconstruction of the Tower and early enabling efforts, including logistics planning, constructability coordination, and procurement strategy development to align design with budget and site constraints.

30 Hudson Yards – New York, NY A 2.6 million-square-foot, over 100 stories commercial tower designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, completed in 2019. Anchoring the Hudson Yards development, the tower features the “Edge” observation deck — the highest in the Western Hemisphere. Supported financial modeling and construction coordination for core and shell delivery, including cash flow projections, trade sequencing, and progress tracking for one of the largest mixed-use private projects in U.S. history.

Estimating • Analyze Architectural drawings, scopes of work and specifications for the projects to be estimated • Prepare comprehensive conceptual, budgetary, and construction cost estimates by calculating various statistical data such as quantity take-offs, material price lists, labor costs per man-hour, equipment costs and applying to complete scope of work • Verify cost estimates for each division/ trade through historical data or through contacting vendors • Provide consulting concepts for savings/value engineering opportunities Selected Projects – Rockefeller University – New River Campus, 170,000 SF – MSKCC- CUNY/Hunter College New Facility Project, 750,000 SF – East Side Access, MTA Scheduling • Coordinate with project teams to develop baseline schedules for design, engineering procurement construction • Assist with the coordination, reconciliation and integration of functional schedules to create the program control schedule • Responsible for maintaining program and project schedules and alerting project team to potential problem areas • Maintain and update scope within work breakdown structure • Anticipate project schedule issues and prepare recommendations for mitigation Selected Projects – 70 Pine Street New York Renovation Project – Restoration Projects of New York Housing Authority
