* Responsibilties : * Preparing and updating excel-based financial models using various financial valuation techniques (DCF, LBO, EVA, EV, Relative valuation & SOTP valuation technique), * Preparing equity research reports as well as industry research reports, * Undertaking comparable company analysis, comparable transaction analysis, benchmarking of peer companies and profiling of companies and industries, * Undertaking ad-hoc based projects on pre – merger analysis of the proposed acquisition. Analysis of control premium values, synergy value of the proposed acquisition, M&A Pro – Forma (Accretion / Dilution) analysis.

* Responsibilities : * Analysis of financial data sourced from financial statements and supporting schedules (Horizontal analysis, Vertical analysis, Trend analysis) as per IFRS and US GAAP, * Developing dynamic financial reports to generate desired output for the purpose of Statutory, Regulatory & MI reporting (through TM1 & HFM), * Reviewing and testing financial reports and making changes according to the requirement (through TM1 & HFM), * Consolidation of financial reports; review of budget and plan numbers and variances analysis (in HFM).

* Responsibilities * Analysis of Sales, Cost & Deferred Income of several contract of client business and their Contribution margin (through Hyperion Financial Management - HFM) * Involved in Pre-close activities & balance sheet review of client’s business Middle East & Africa region * Involved in Closing & Reporting activities * Handling Treasury operations * Involved in Cash application management of External customers * Preparation of account reconciliation (Bank & Borrowing, AR, AP, Other Assets & Liabilities) * Involved in FP&A activities on the financial results (through HFM) * Handling a team of 6 resources reporting directly to me.
