MYRADA-Mysore resettlement and development agency is an NGO which was involved in the resettlement of Tibetans who fled from the china province. Later these NGO has been involved in rural development activities in 3 south Indian states of Karnataka, kerela, Andhra pradesh. It has been a pioneer of rural development through self-help group formation and is supporting the rural cause by linking it with various financial institutions and technical institutions like KRISHI VIGYAN KENDRA etc. In our study village of Kordampalli, NGO was instrumental in carrying out a water-shed project,owing to the dryness and unavailability of water for irrigation and whole dependence on rain water in which it used the participative approach of the villagers making them work in that project. On one hand it utilized the man-power from village and paid them for that ,thus reducing unemployability and on other hand it helped them explore alternative livelihood options .

started as management trainee in PLANT & MACHINERY dept in L&T Constructions PVT LTD.My field of work included procurement, receipt , inspection, operation, maintenance and disposal of machineries used in the construction field. I am also trained in SAP based ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM which acted as an MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM for our department. My work in these MIS included filling and updation of all details of sub-activities done in our department,including financial and cash-flow analysis which was reviewed every six months in our head quarters or cluster office.
