Ensure daily network monitoring and management. Resolve requests opened through the helpdesk as quickly as possible. Check daily backups. Organize the IT room. Conduct a general weekly check of computers. Research and present cost-effective options for hardware purchases to management. Perform periodic maintenance on servers. Conduct periodic virus scans and updates for company computers. Plan and report monthly updates for the company phone system, mobile phones, Wi-Fi, internet lines, and iOS/Android operating systems/devices. Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly checks of IT electronic cameras/security systems and related systems. Monitor and analyze firewall, network, internet usage, hardware, and other systems, and provide periodic reports. Prepare the necessary infrastructure for meetings/presentations. Prepare documentation for ISO 27001 and provide training for users. Carry out necessary processes for new users (computer setup, Active Directory Exchange account creation, phone setup, etc.). Process IT-related tasks for users who have left the company.
