Executed a specialised Training Program for Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. on Metro Rail Systems - Rolling Stock, Traction Power, Track, Structures, Signalling & Train Control and Telecom Systems Responsible for an assignment on Safety and Hazard Analysis for a prominent IT Service Provider delivering a safety critical software for a leading Railway Project in UK. Responsible for generating training service orders from two major railway service providers and a major Rolling Stock Manufacturer in India. As Training & Competence Manager my role involves putting in place an effective competence management system to deliver compliance with industry requirements. I also work with the domains heads of Track Engineering, Signalling, Telecom, Rolling Stock & OHE/PSS to support the delivery of training and development programs. Manage Learning / Training budget at program level. Build (new) and maintain (existing) Training resource person's network and the Prospective Client Network Ensure Training readiness for all audits and represent the Training Function for the same. Represent the organisation at Seminar, Symposiums and be part of Global Learning network.
