* 2001-2015: Technical consultant for the AGROSTAR company in Kampong Cham, Cambodia. * Responsibilities: * Introducing new cashew cultivars. * Conducting cashew selection and evaluation of new high yield and good quality cultivars. * Training for cashew intensive cultivation practices. * Transferring Cashew Nursery Technology Package. * Training for sustainable black pepper production in Kampong Cham.

* 8/2011-12/2011: Project coordinator for Roots of Peace (ROP) project on Sustainable Horticultural and Agricultural Development (SHADE) in Quang Tri. * Responsibilities: * Building relationships with local government agencies and PACCOM to expand SHADE project to Quang Tri province, and to extend the operation permit. * Writing the project proposal and coordinating the project activities in Quang Tri. * Constructing project HR structure and recruitment in 4 levels: province, district, commune, and club. * Developing questionnaires, conducting socio-economic baseline study and analyzing the data to identify constrains in agricultural productions, target crops, and project farmers and areas. * Mobilizing farmers and establishing Black Pepper Farmers Clubs; * Conducting technical training of Training of Trainers (TOT) and Famer Field School (FFS).
