Built the MVP from scratch, integrating a custom ranking & recommendation engine with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for personalized content optimization. Validated product efficacy by testing on 2,000+ resumes, achieving a 300% improvement in ATS pass rates and initial recruiter review success. Led the venture from ideation through launch, managing product development, team coordination, and go-to-market activities. Delivered hundreds of pitches—both formal and informal—across stakeholders, partners, and potential investors, building early awareness and traction.
