I am in charging of a team, using X-ray crystallography and in collaboration with supporting teams, such as gene cloning, insect cell expression and protein MS, to service for pharmaceutical company in the structure-based drug discoveries. Our team provides service ranging from target expression and purification, target validation, hit screening and optimization, to target-hits co-crystallization. Until now, the compounds optimized in our team are carrying out US clinical phase I and phase II trials.
