1 Handle Intrusion sensor BU new product market research, concept design, cost/Capex control, quality risk evaluation, project milestone follow up. Also include sales feedback and problem solving after launch. 2 Manage manufacturing of existing Intrusion sensor product on factory side. Include source, make and delivery. Monitor 9 main KPI performances. 3 Manage source developments, include quotation, quality and delivery performance of suppliers, take part on annual negotiation. 4 Base on business requirement deploy systematic continues improvement projects, about 10 projects per year. 5 Lead plant level LEAN projects, improve LEAN maturity level. Deploy Industry 4.0 concept from Bosch global and combine with LEAN, build up new production way base on Intelligent competence.

Responsibility 1. Manage and lead engineering department operation, achieve KPI. 2. Deeply cooperate with QA department to build quality assurance system, daily process control data and report. Build up rework, recall and customer complain handling standard flow and responsibility. 3. Control NPI male stones, meet launch date. 4. Support LEAN production injection, improve shop floor efficiency, material flow, 5S. 5. Build up standard time system, standard cost system, calculation model and database. To take reference when management make decision. Performance (2013) PE: Yield improve 2.5% (86% to 88.5%) IE: Work shop overall efficiency improve 8% ME: OEE improve 3.2% (78.6% to 81.9%) 　　Make SMED improvement, reduce change over time about 15%, in roll out and continue 　　improvement Others 1. Develop new technology and process such as laser cutting/ultrasonic cutting, make 1.3M material saving yearly 2. Build up mock up/production sample team, improve related process and planning, make FOT(finish on time) rate from 76% to 98.5% 3. Use quality tools, PE team solved tape uneven, gluing fall off issues. 4. Build up standard timing, standard costing, standard quotation calculation model. Because of these contribution, engineering team grow from 4 people when join in the company to current 7 people.

1. Take IE duty in shaver workshop and company overall layout (shop floor/WH/office area). Include efficiency improvement, productivity control, capacity analysis, material flow improvement. Etc. 2. Control and handle FG and components standard FCP (Factory costing price), include material cost, machine cost, building/tooling depreciation cost, direct labor cost, indirect/overhead cost. Components update quarterly, FG update yearly. Check all new purchasing material quotation, support ECN, and update current FCP. 3. Handle or support cost down team. Provide financial business case analysis and proposal in most of project/company decision. 4. In NPI team control product cost in every project milestone and project budget/expense, design new production line. Provide analysis and proposal base on line output requirement and financial status during production process and machine development/definition. 5. Join LEAN (Simply Philips) team, handle 6S, VSM, material flow (Pull system), practical IE training.

As the project leader, take lead of quality and production improvement projects. 1. Auto plating line capacity improvement. Result: Capacity improved from 14 racks/hour to 18.5 racks/hour 2. Surface quality improvement. Result: Defect rate reduce 26% than before. Both of before and after processes under control. 3. Process improvement of the Pressing, heat treatment, soldering & milling tech of Titanium frame. Result: Welding strangth and fatigue with great improvement, meet the request from Italy company QA. 4. Cost down for decoration department. Result: 50,000RMB/year.
