Leading a range of change management projects, I drove improved business performance for the UK headquarters of this major Japanese investment bank. Working closely with the audit team I created new audit packs to tight timescales that significantly improved compliance with international finance regulations. Conducting deep analysis I improved system performance for end-users saving c200 hours a year in business systems downtime.
