P&L Management of 10 Power Plants in North America, Contract management - Power purchase agreements, Gas purchase agreements, Maintenance Contracts. Day to Day Operations.

Northern Region Manager - Operations Oversee the P&L and assist in developing fiscal budgets of 18 million annually. Direct manager of production, operations and maintenance of five (5) North America power projects and thirty (30) staff in two (2) states. Maintain local commercial relationships with facility host, power purchasers and gas providers. Interface with genset manufactures and maintenance providers. Provide support for Project Design & Construction and Business Development. Manage and administer regional Health and Safety policy and group auditing. Led successful implementation and completion of fleet remediation program requiring replacement of forty-six (46) gensets and extensive plant upgrades while operating existing assets Led regional group to increase power production and a reduction in annual operating expenses.

Company provides Green Energy to utilities, with a Design, Build, Own and Operate philosophy, with projects globally specializing in LFG, CMM and Remote Power.; Projects & Construction Managed multiple construction and expansion projects simultaneously, delivering of all projects on-time and on budget. Directly manage seven (7) green field power plant construction projects, six (6) facility expansions and seven (7) pipeline and gas extraction system projects. I have extensive experience in managing utility interconnections, contractors, tradesman and vendors to achieve project goals. I have experience managing projects; construction and design in variety of roles from self perform to EPC and variations in-between. I have directly managed self perform design, permit, procure and build projects from birth to completion including coordination of international deliverables, equipment start up and plant commissioning to plant commercial status for hand-over to operations.
