Member of Piceance Civil Construction team. My approach was to build cohesive teamwork between all departments and contractors, design projects with safety and long-term stability in mind for risk management and to lessen long-term operating expense, develop my contractor excellence program and further enhance our contractor safety culture. Responsibilities included project planning, project design development, preparation of detailed scope of work & specifications, quality assurance, budgeting, bidding, contractor award, scheduling coordination of multiple concurrent projects, construction management, job site safety and quality control. My role included coordination with all other Encana teams (Development, Land, EHS, Permitting, Drilling, Completions, Production) as well as field coordination with regulatory agencies. Assortment of O&G civil projects included well pads, access & collector roads, bridge, drainage & stormwater improvements, fresh & produced water pits construction, general site work for compressor stations and water treatment facilities, pad stability improvements and interim reclamation. Environmental projects included contaminated spoils landfarm remediation, produced water pit closures and underground in-situ remediation.

Custom & production homebuilding and light commercial construction company serving the Garfield County area of Western Colorado. Responsible for all facets of business operations and construction inclusive of land acquisition, home plan design development, preparation of detailed scope of work & specifications, quality assurance, budgeting, financing, permitting, bidding, subcontractor selection, scheduling coordination of multiple concurrent projects, construction management, job site safety, quality control, sales and homebuyer satisfaction.

Project engineering, permitting coordination, construction management and community operations of Battlement Mesa Community Development in Garfield County, Colorado. Projects included residential subdivision development and management of developer's production homebuilding operations; achieved national recognition for customer satisfaction of homebuilding operations. Operational responsibilities also included management of municipal water & wastewater system operations in compliance with state & federal regulations along with administration of water rights and water augmentation plan.

Project engineering, permitting coordination and construction management of Battlement Mesa Community Development in Garfield County, Colorado. Projects included arterial roadway network, numerous residential subdivision developments, underground utility infrastructure, municipal water & wastewater facilities, along with amenities of 18-hole golf course & clubhouse and completion of the community recreation center. Operational responsibilities also included permitting and management of municipal water & wastewater system operations in compliance with state & federal regulations along with administration of water rights and water augmentation plan.

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis upon Construction Management and Structural Engineering. Graduated summa cum laude.
