I successfully managed a team of 13 outside sales designers in the Southern California Region, (Long Beach to San Diego and out to Palm Springs up to Barstow. I was in the field riding with designers 4 days per week to coach and train on sales techniques and closing. Thru diligent hiring and training my region increased from $5.8 million in 2013 to $8.6 million in 2014.

As the Major Account Manager I am responsible for all accounts big to small including K-12, Government and Colleges. I am responsible to Cold Call, prospect and develop new accounts as well as maintain the current customer satisfaction.

Purchased the geographic territory of San Diego County with only 6 accounts generating $10,000 in revenue per year. Over 4 years I grew the territory to annual revenue of $141,000 and 39 accounts. This required constant training, incentives, and motivation to customers to utilize your product. In 2008 I sold the business just as I noticed the market starting to shift. I was able to get top dollar for the business, and the market dropped off within the following 6-9 months.
