Redeveloped company’s Operating Procedure for Conformal Coating, based on new procedures/standards. Achieved the lowest manufacturing defect rate in company’s history for conformal coating through continuous process improvement. Redesigned the process layout, and received budget approval for proposal. Performed assembly of electronic circuit boards, inventory tracking, programming of two RAGEN 3600 semi-automated assembly machines, and maintenance/training of personnel on RAGEN equipment.
