I look thru strategies and businesses to find their uniqueness. There is a question of making money and doing good. With startups we have a chance of accomplishing both. The tried and true, 2x the performance for 1/2 the cost is a great start. Ideas to think about: a strategy to continuously improve and grind out better interactions, to allow good behavior without resorting to pandering, and to expose the risks of poor behavior. So my thesis is economic growth is a result of social structure diversity. For example peer to peer vs tribal systems. Disruption in the marketplace is only as good as the system they are disrupting. If corroded systems, then it's time to recreate them. If efficient, then improvements are minimal/incremental. gas cars are analog, battery cars are digital.
