MasterCam CAD/CAM Programming and machining for defense and environmental industries. Wide variety of materials and processes. Primarily 3-4 axis vertical programming. Includes fixture design and build for prototype and production machining.

Manage machining operations/asssembly/maintenance and all department leaders. Works closely with Process Engineering and Quality to ensure overall customer satisfaction. Management team, production scheduling , manufacturing processes, shipping/expediting coordination, vendor coordination and management, fixture and tooling design.

Mastercam CAD/CAM, CNC mill and wire edm programming , machining. New machine and die build. Small prototype aluminum composite injection mold design, machine and build. R&D protoype team member. Worked closely with design and engineering to help develop products and manufacturing feasability.
