In my present role, I am supervising the daily activities of multiple project teams, comprising of support, engineering, management, business, and quality testing resources. Along with spearheading large data center migration and disaster recovery projects to confirm the successful transmission of business-critical applications and systems from the sold data center to the new co-located data center, I also coordinate with senior leadership regarding the compliance of project objectives with IT strategy. Moreover, I monitor IT security operations in close collaboration with CISO and management. I play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of large SaaS implementations, including Identity Management and Software Application Management solutions, resulting in saving $256K per year. Some of my key contributions include: • Secured $4M year in company licensing costs by efficiently monitoring software asset management program. • Maintained capital and expense/labor budgets of worth more than 1M. • Supervised overall contract resources, functional across large $1.2 million-dollar multi-year operating system project. • Executed projects and accomplished set targets within budgetary and time constraints. • Improved organizational productivity by planning and executing robust strategies, procedures, and work plans for teams to ensure the timely completion of projects. • Leveraged SDLC methodologies for conducting various tasks, such as managing business units, overseeing technology platforms, and leading IT fundamentals projects.

As Infrastructure Project Manager, I was responsible for the development and execution of large-scale global rollouts of software applications and technology enhancements, such as user training and adoption measurement. On daily basis, I oversaw project activities to confirm adherence to PMI standards for delivering large-scale infrastructure and software development projects within scope and budget. Leveraging strong communication skills, I am cultivating and fostering professional relationships with clients, management, and stakeholders. A small section of highlights during this role include: • Successfully generated $200K from branch offices per year travel costs savings via development and deployment of top-tier video conference solution. • Played a pivotal role in managing $2M project budget while directing daily activities of diverse teams, encompassing 20 helpdesk staff, system/database administrators, and application developers.
