Women on Boards Adria (WOBA) is a regional non-for-profit initiative founded with the purpose to increase gender diversity in executive and non-executive leadership. It is an umbrella association for the promotion of gender equality at the decision-making level. We work with businesses, governments, and international institutions to promote greater gender diversity at the Board and C-Suite level of public-interest companies in the Adria region.

The Adria Future Summit is Southeast Europe’s flagship platform for sustainable development, innovation, and investment. Convened annually in Porto Montenegro by Sustineri Partners, in partnership with the Government of Montenegro and under the auspices of the President of Montenegro, the Summit brings together leaders across government, business, finance, and civil society to shape the region’s transition towards a green, digital, and inclusive economy. With roots in the ESG Adria Summits (2023–2025), this platform has rapidly grown in scale, visibility, and strategic influence. Now reimagined as the Adria Future Summit, it builds on that momentum with a broadened mandate focused on delivering measurable change by connecting local ambition with global capital, and policy vision with private sector action.

We combine strategic insight, technical expertise, and regional experience to deliver practical solutions and long-term value across finance, energy, infrastructure, and innovation sectors.

Designed, secured funding for, and ran over 50 rule of law, good governance, anticorruption and human rights projects in the Western Balkans. Also active on projects in Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova and Turkey and Armenia. Project activities include: • conducting research and analysis including to identify areas of weakness and need • consolidating knowledge into guidance and publications • disseminating best practice through conferences, seminars/webinars and training programmes • facilitating institutional cooperation and cross-jurisdictional dialogue • advising on legislative reform.

Based in Washington DC, coordinated setting up of the AIRE Centre’s sister organisation – AIRE Centre USA. Designed initial project activities and established initial links with the USA NGO sector in particular in Washington DC and New York, universities including Georgetown University and American College of Law, and a number of law firms.

Led on this project joint-implemented by UNDP and PwC, conducting an impact assessment of the rise in gender-based domestic violence in Serbia during COVID -19. Final report included recommendations to improve resilience of the system.

Led a team of international legal experts on this PwC project, part-funded by UK Aid's 'Good Governance Fund - Reform Assistance to Serbia'. The project involved assessing and presenting to stakeholders on workloads and case backlogs in the Serbian Administrative Courts, and the development of an early-warning mechanism for resolving high case-inflow.

Worked as Senior Legal Expert on the project 'Support to Strengthening Migration and Asylum Management in Serbia - Phase I and Phase II'. Drafted training manual and led training for ministries dealing with asylum claims, working with Interior Ministry, Administrative courts and other bodies.

Led on this PwC project, part-funded by UK Aid's 'Good Governance Fund - Reform Assistance to Serbia', preparing a guide on strategic human rights litigation and providing training to the Serbian Equality Commissioner.
