- Responsible for supporting the workforce management of Garanti Mortgage (100 employees including region & branch managers). - Informing staff about the human resources practices of the bank. - Assisting staff for their career planning and training needs. Making periodical upgrade interviews. - Making periodical Career planning interviews. - Responsible for the recruitment process of Garanti Mortgage . - Leading search and selection process in terms of matching the right candidates with the open job postings. - Coordinating competency based interviews for both professional and executive roles candidates and the managerial roles for the external candidates.Responsible for pay-roll and benefits management.
