• Responsible for entire organization level trainings with related to technical, soft skill, product knowledge, process and other datacenter related programs. • Coordinating & facilitating all internal and external training programs across the organization. • Identifying the training needs from diffident vertical heads/tech leads, understanding the requirements & facilitating the training through internal & external sources. • Handled & conducted technical evaluation rounds between training vendors/freelance trainers and tech leads/SMEs before executing the trainings. • Talking & negotiating with various training vendors/freelancers for external trainings & other certification programs. • Identified & created 2nd level trainer pipeline in all verticals for better enhancement of internal trainings & helped in up-skilling the technical knowhow by associated with certification bodies. • Build, develop and administer training life cycle (i.e through ADDIE & Kirkpatrick model) that certifies ongoing position growth within the company, and tracks progress toward learning objectives. • Preparing training calendars based on the TNI & responsible for planning, organizing & implementing trainings as per the calendar. • Conducting Training need analysis with training objective based on the priority. • Preparing all training tools & templates for various levels of employees & departments. • Designed & developed Fresher Recruitment Training programs for the new joinees. • Involved in understanding the client's training requirements & facilitated the trainings on time. • Implementing different training methods to track the effectiveness of the programs. • Provide support in managing training material, handouts, collateral etc. • Facilitated & organized in setting up different technical lab facilities for hands on practices. • Delivering behavioral programs to entry level employees/campus recruits as part of the Induction program.
