Distribution Responsibilities: • Plan for delivery according to the demand, scheduling, routing, and control and arrange the delivery. • Develop a distribution plan according to sales forecast & production capacity. • Monitor team performances and encourage improvements. • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements within the distribution network. • Minimize overall cost, the use of effective logistics, optimizing warehouse operations, utilizing technology, and managing inventory more efficiently. • Plan for smooth distribution operation to ensure minimum distribution cost. • Ensure proper product movement and execute effectively for smooth Delivery. • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability at distribution centers. • Led a 23-member team and reduce 10% cost, and also trained and supervisd distribution staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations. • To prepare Invoice, delivery challan, gate pass & Mushok 6.3, 6.4, 6.5. • To receive faulty products from distributors and solve them as per approval/policy.

Inventory Management Responsibilities: • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels. • To maintain general store and warehouse stock movement based on ABC analysis. • To lead the warehouse/store team in receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and transferring items to all depots (RDC) as per demand. • Ensure product quality, and quantity in the right place timely. • To ensure physical counting of materials for reconciliation and submit reports to Audit. • Ensure materials are available as per the production plan and requirements. • To prepare daily, monthly, and yearly materials reports and send them to concerned persons. • Maintain inventory by using LIFO, FIFO & Bin Card as per requirement. • To ensure dispatch as per daily plan and inventory transfer to Depot (RDC)/Satellite Plant. • Conduct regular inventory, checks, manage slow-moving items, and optimize inventory turnover. • Oversee daily operations, inventory, and on-time delivery. • To generate MRR/GRN and issue goods and spare parts. • Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage systems. • To make plan for reducing inventory cost with the best use of materials by using EOQ. • Track and manage purchase orders, inventory, and in-house activities. • To generate consumption and finished goods reports to send to the concerned authority. • Train and manage the warehouse team to address operational issues and achieve performance goals. • Any other job as assigned by the management.

Responsibilities: • To receive materials RM as per documents of B/E, Commercial Invoice, Work Order, and Ullage report. • To transfer products & material as requirements. • To collect quotations from vendors for selling scraps. • To check faulty products and replace them as per policy. • To plan returnable product delivery and receive on basis of demands. • To operate ERP. • Perform any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.

• Field supervision according to daily work schedule. • Collecting data & prepare documentation. • Distribution Items according to sponsors. • Prepare report & submit the report to higher authority. • Preparing arrangement of the program for sponsors child.
