Supervision and leading Commissiong Team on Process units for Diesel Hydrotreating , Amine Treating Unit

Worked in Commissioning for GAIL Gandhar LPG Recovery Unit using Cryogenic Turbo Expansion, With Reliance on their Storage Commissioning, and also Worked With ONGC Gandhar on Process Units of LPG Unit, Glycol Regeneration and gas Dehydration Units, COTP, GAS and water Injection Units, Gas Lifting Compressor Units and Utilitys.

Manage and Supervise, Commissioning of Shah Deniz Gas Exploration Project Platform, TPG-500. Self Installing, Floating/Jack up , Production / Drilling Platform with Gas production and Test Separation Facilities sized for 900 MMSCFD of Gas and Gas Condensate. Involved in Construction stages at Onshore, Hook and Commissioning Stages at Offshore location in the Caspian Sea..

Supervise Commissioning Activities on Process Units- Diesel Hydrotreater and Amine Treating Units.

* Naphtha hydrotreater & catalyst reforming unit, hydrogen generation and purification system. * Commissioned a naphtha hydrotreater & catalytic reforming unit to produce RONC-98 reformate (Gasoline) containing less than 1% benzene. The design capacity of the reforming unit was 225000 MT/Year. The licensor for the unit was by AXENS France. The design capacity of the naphtha hydrotreater was 294240 MT/Year. * Supervised commissioning, production operations and maintenance of process facilities/field.

Worked with Weatherford ME at Zubair Oil Field Development project with ENI in Iraq- Basra , The new facility in Zubair Oil Field is to increase oil production capacity to 300K BOPD with 6 trains each sized to process and deliver 50K BOPD of stabilized crude to export pipeline, plus associated gas and treated produced water. Responsible for overall execution of all Commissioning activities including Initial start-up, performance test and the others from Overall Mechanical Completion to Initial Acceptance. Managing take-over preparation, tracking the progress of all Construction, Pre-commissioning and Utility Commissioning activities and execution of all Process Commissioning activities including initial start-up and performance test. Ensure all commissioning and start up interfaces have been identified and are managed effectively. Liase with PTW team, Control of permits, attend Permit to work meeting, approval as AA, discuss with Performing authority for work assigned, risk assessment, check all controls in place, particpatre is site auditing etc.
