I am a Ph.D. Scientist specializing in building high-throughput surface biology and imaging capabilities from the ground up. I bridge the gap between complex membrane protein biology and quantitative, scalable data.At Pliant, I established the HTS imaging workflows and digital pathology pipelines that drove compound prioritization for our fibrosis, oncology and siRNA targeted delivery programs. My expertise is in "structure-function" imaging—developing phenotypic and ligand internalization assays (small molecules and antibodies) to validate early-stage targets. Whether it’s characterizing integrin trafficking or optimizing 3D spheroid systems, I focus on delivering the robust, biologically relevant insights that drug discovery teams need to make modality decisions.I’m seeking opportunities in biotech and life science organizations where I can contribute to imaging strategy, assay development, and cross-functional R&D.

Built the company's surface biology capability from scratch, establishing HTS-ready workflows to evaluate membrane protein expression, localization, and internalization for siRNA and antibody platforms. 2.
