❖ Developed Global Engineering service activities, connected with all global technical center and ensured deliverable. ❖ Steered responsibilities towards localization of shocks and struts as per given timeline and quality requirements. ❖ Coordinated with cross-functional teams on determining technical specifications, approvals, mock-trials and design changes ❖ Reviewed RFQs file and performed technical feasibility study for new product development; developing conceptual design based on functional requirement. ❖ Engaged in team recruitment and competency development ❖ Steered engineering activities including Tolerance Stack-up Studies, Manufacturability, Drawing Changes (using GD&T) & Modelling ❖ Created Assembly Drawing & Layout Drawing; performed design reviews and approval of drawings. ❖ Assessed the conceptual design drawings & technical specification; defined the scope from concept generation to final design & Catalogue design, assembly drawings and service manual design. ❖ Implemented Quality Control to ensure quality of design, identified non-conforming products/ designs and ensured corrective actions. ❖ Represented Tenneco India in Global Meet, Poland and Belgium: Focused on ride control and advanced suspension technologies, fostering international collaboration and innovation.

❖ Spearheading, developing, and handling, multiple teams, product and process engineers, specialist teams for Canning, Durability, Welding, NVH, Stamping, CAD, CAE, Testing team, Proto-shop, and Material Lab teams. ❖ Creating and implementing best practice engineering vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve business performance. ❖ Working closely with many customers for different application like passenger vehicle, commercial vehicle, and off-road vehicle. ❖ Steering responsibilities towards local and global (GETC) engineering activities new acquisitions, serial life programs, Quality issue support to plant, VAVE target. ❖ Implementing customer focus, networking, and working closely with customer to understand technical requirements. ❖ Recommending new technology solution to customer for BS6 /BS6.2 requirements. ❖ Formulating proto shop for local engineering capability to support local and global programs. ❖ Evaluating the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities. ❖ Represented Tenneco India in couple of prestigious global workshops: o Off-Highway Exhaust Aftertreatment Workshop, China: Engaged in discussions on advanced exhaust aftertreatment technologies for BS-6. o Global Design Workshop, USA: Contributed to the design strategies for advanced systems. ❖ Successfully established: o Global Engineering Technical Centre at Pune (GETC), with support from local and global teams, to cater Global projects. o Local engineering capabilities to handle all Program engineering activities locally by reducing engineering cost by 20%. ❖ Played a key role in customer engagement and fulfilling all techno-commercial requirements; in result programs awarded from local Key Customers/OEM. ❖ Effectively achieved department P&L and met all given targets. ❖ Pioneered in developing strategic and sales plans for Protoshop to success in meeting overall P&L, which resulted in 4% increase in overall profit

❖ Effectively coordinated during Product Development/Design Implementation including Progress Review, Design Change Management, Digital Mock-Up Management, trainings and documentation ❖ Pioneered in formulating 2D Drawings for various Automotive 5C Components like Cylinder Head, Crank Case, Cam Shaft & Crankshaft using CREO as well as releasing drawing using CAD PLM. ❖ Gained International exposure by working in Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG, R&D Friedrichshafen, Germany ❖ R&D Friedrichshafen for Powertrain as Project Leader for 12 months from MTU for Designing of Crankshaft for series 4000 and 2000 engines, Concept Design & Review, Digital Mock-Up Confirmation, Reports Preparation, Prototype Engine Development & Testing ❖ Led localization of series S1600 engine in India, with local supplier development, technical reviews, deviation, design finalization in collaboration with the Design function, and CFT teams. ❖ Played a key role in: o Design & Development of crankshaft for 20 V engine series 4000 and 2000 o Designed a common forged part for 20V engine with optional 14 and 20 counterweights. o Designing parts adhering to IACS UR M53 regulations and obtaining product certification from various classification societies including GL, DNV, ABS, BV, and IR. o Engine integration/packaging study for different application like Marine, Genset and Oil & Gas, etc. o Component testing /validation for proto parts development o Achieved a 10% reduction in the cost of forged parts by optimizing material selection and changing the forging type.

❖ Design and development of rotary screw compressor valves, including suction, discharge, control, and oil & air lines. ❖ Selection of valves based on airflow requirements and pressure drop specifications for customer-end compressors, ensuring optimal performance. ❖ Calculations for spring design and determined the required torque for the proper installation of valves at customer endpoints. ❖ Reverse engineering of valves, involving material analysis, dimensional and tolerance assessments to ensure compatibility and performance. ❖ Creation of detailed dimensional drawings, main assembly drawings, part drawings, and a complete bill of materials for valve assembly to facilitate production and assembly processes.

❖ Developed the mechanical design for skeleton-based, advanced assemblies of Lift Away and Tween Deck Hatch Covers, enhancing functionality and durability. ❖ Parameterized assemblies and created family instances for components such as Stopper Assemblies and Hold-down Assemblies, ensuring versatility and efficiency in production. ❖ Worked extensively on sheet metal, castings, piping, and welding assemblies, applying comprehensive design and engineering knowledge to diverse components.

❖ Re-Engineering Projects: o ST3.5 & ST2D Bucket Assemblies: Re-engineered bucket assemblies for Scoop Tram/Excavator, focusing on improving performance and durability. o MT2010 Dump Box Assemblies: Re-engineered dump box assemblies for Mine Trucks, optimizing design for enhanced operational efficiency.
