At my current job I am responsible for the improvement of the online customer experience by continuously enhancing the online product data. This enables me to develop knowledge within the field of online data management and online consumer behavior. Additionally, I am involved in the continuous improvement of processes which allows me to improve my critical thinking and problem solving skills.

As my job as a service employee I am responsible for providing excellent service. While working I make use of my communication and commercial thinking skills, as well as my extraverted personality, to provide guests with a memorable experience. My emotional intelligence is of high importance when dealing with guest complaints.

During this commercial and consumer focused role, I was involved in a large-scale product package redesigning project. This required me to apply my organization and communication skills to make sure all deadlines were met, also by external parties. Additionally, I was able to put my analytical skills into practice, since I was responsible for making competitor analyses.

During my role as a category management intern I was involved in product development processes and I was responsible for daily communications with external suppliers. I was also responsible for project management of the various product launches of plant-based foods. Additionally, this role enriched my knowledge on consumer behavior in relation to food retail and the fast changing nature of this retail landscape.
